The Lord entrusted me with a profound vision: to shape lives for the purpose of advancing His Kingdom. This assignment is something I embrace with all seriousness, knowing it requires my best efforts daily. Through Kingdom Covenant Connection International Bible College (KCCIBC), I’ve been called to multi-task in many roles—from serving as the school president to recruiting students and facilitators, and even facilitating courses myself. Each responsibility reflects my commitment to helping others grow in their faith and purpose.Being named the 2024 Pastor of the Year stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work invested in this ministry. It’s a role I am humbled to accept, fully aware that every step was earned through prayer, perseverance, and a steadfast commitment to God’s calling. My prayer is that through KCCIBC, countless lives will be empowered to walk boldly in their God-given purposes, ready to make a powerful impact for His Kingdom.

Diane Bailey

KCCIBC/ Dean of Students
We are honored to welcome Dr. Diane Bailey as the Dean of Students at Kingdom Covenant Connection International Bible College (KCCIBC). With her extensive background in ministry and a profound dedication to teaching, Dr. Bailey brings both experience and vision to this role. Her ministry is deeply rooted in the wisdom of Hosea 4:6: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." This scripture drives her commitment to ensuring that every student at KCCIBC gains the understanding necessary to walk confidently in their faith and calling.As the newly appointed and consecrated Bishop of 2024, Dr. Bailey embodies the heart of a servant leader, tirelessly working to empower others with knowledge and spiritual insight. Her role as Dean of Students will extend beyond academics; she will be a spiritual guide, a source of encouragement, and a dedicated mentor to all students. With her leadership, KCCIBC stands poised to equip each student to make a lasting impact in ministry and in the Kingdom of God.
